Information Quantrov may process
Quantrov may process account information, organisation and location information, inventory records, products, purchases, sales, suppliers, customers, financial records, production records, operational activity and other information entered by authorised users.
Why information is processed
Information is processed so Quantrov can provide business management functions including authentication, inventory tracking, purchasing, sales, finance, reporting, production, permissions, synchronisation, support and related operational services.
Account and access information
Quantrov uses authenticated accounts and organisation membership to determine what a user is allowed to access.
Business records
Business records may include commercially sensitive information. Quantrov is designed so that business data is scoped to the relevant organisation and location, subject to authorised access and application permissions.
Feedback and support
When feedback is submitted through Quantrov, the app may include limited technical context such as app version, build, platform, screen context or business type when available.
Quantrov is designed not to automatically attach sensitive business records such as receipts, prices, balances, transaction logs or authentication secrets to feedback submissions.
Data security
Quantrov uses authenticated access, server-side authorisation and permission controls intended to reduce unauthorised access to business information.
Data retention
Business information may be retained while it is required to operate the service, preserve business records, maintain transaction integrity, satisfy legitimate operational requirements or comply with applicable obligations.
Account deletion
Information about requesting account deletion is available on the Account deletion page.
Contact
